Our Promise to You

We want you to love your BibleProject merchandise! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

Return Policy for Apparel 

If your new BibleProject t-shirt hasn’t met your expectations, doesn’t fit, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ve got a solution that we think will bring a smile to your face—as well as someone else’s!

  • Contact us at orders@bibleproject.com within 30 days, and we’ll issue you a refund or send you a replacement shirt at no extra cost.
  • Instead of mailing the shirt back to us, keep and share it with someone who might appreciate it—a family member, friend, or someone else in need.

Please note: this Pay-It-Forward policy only applies to individual shirt orders. If you made a bulk apparel order purchase and are unsatisfied with your order, email orders@bibleproject.com with your order confirmation number. We’ll sort it out with you!

Return Policy for Incorrect or Damaged Items 

If you received the wrong item or it was damaged in transit, contact us at orders@bibleproject.com within 30 days with your Order Confirmation number and a photo of the damaged item received.

We’ll resolve the issue quickly and ensure you get the ordered item.
